Out of stock items will automatically be backordered
and shipped within 30 days. Advise us at the time of
your order if you want things handled differently.

Returns
Returns must be preapproved and sent back within 30
days with the original invoice. No returns on opened reed.
No returns will be accepted on
books, special order merchandise or patterns.

Prices and Discount Information
All prices are subject to change without notice. On
molds, bases, and handmade wooden items:
discounts will be given to teachers and quantity buyers on an order by order basis.

Discounts on reed are as follows:
15-25 Coils Mixed=$6.75/Coil
25+ Coils Mixed Sizes=$6.50/Coil

Handles:
Wooden Craft Handles(machine-made)=3 or more of one size 10% off
Wire Handles=as specified
Molds and Bases=as specified

Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Matercard or personal checks.
Charge account balances are Net 15, or Net 30 (upon approval) with a current credit card number on file. Credit will be revoked if terms are not met.
