Our new 10" tray mold kit comes with the beautiful 1 1/2" scrimshaw disc. The quartersawn cherry base gives this tray basket a warm, rich accent and the scrimshaw disc is set into the base--even with the base top surface. The tray mold has a recessed area on the bottom which conforms to the shape of our bases and gives it that exquisite Nantucket form.
The kit can also be purchased with ivory scrimshaw accents and is also available with your choice of cane, cherry, oak, or brown ash staves to allow you to really individualize your finished product. A 10" preformed reed rim, cherry base, and all weaving materials and directions are included. A cherry rim is also available for an additional $12.50. The tray mold is not included in the kit and can be purchased separately for $65.00.

These lids, with their exquisite hand-carved bone rose, are the perfect compliment to your Nantucket baskets.
